1. Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Before Shipment

If your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is approved, any payment already collected will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

3. After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, you may instead be able to request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Product Availability

TGC Tamaqua may cancel an order when a product becomes unavailable or when we are unable to fulfill the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing or Listing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing, product, or listing error, TGC Tamaqua reserves the right to cancel the affected order where permitted by applicable law.

If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Fraud Prevention

TGC Tamaqua may cancel or place a hold on orders where there are reasonable concerns regarding unauthorized payment, fraudulent activity, or other security issues.

7. Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
